Regency is the leading national owner, operator, and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers. The Company owns over 400 retail properties, including those held in co-investment partnerships. Including tenant-owned square footage, the portfolio encompassed 54.7 million square feet located in top markets throughout the United States.
Since 2000 Regency has developed 194 shopping centers nationwide, including 5 in the Carolinas. Regency’s local office in Raleigh, North Carolina manages and leases such premier shopping centers as Cameron Village, The Shoppes of Kildaire, Glenwood Village, and Sutton Square. Regency is also developing Harris Crossing, a Harris Teeter anchored retail project in Wake Forest, NC.
